This Bonsai wins people’s hearts with its graceful shape and attractive bark. This peculiar Zelkova Parfiflora tree has been developing its personality for over 6 years. Majime is the idea of someone who gets things done. This tree has the ability to draw life energies into a room and can quickly spread empowerment and contentment to all who see it.

Species: Zelkova Parfiflora
Origin: China
Age: ≈ 9-11 years
Height: ≈ 35cm
Pot: Oval 24cm

The Zelkova likes a place in full sun during the growing season or, if the sunlight in your country is very intense, semi-shade during the warmest weeks. In winter, the Zelkova should be protected from frost, especially if planted in a shallow bonsai container. A cold but frost-free greenhouse, garage or shed is a good winter location for the Zelkova.

Water the Zelkova regularly and do not let the root ball dry out, but be sure not to overwater the tree. Overwatering can cause root rot. In winter, keep the root ball slightly moist. Avoid using very calcium-rich water.

I have ordered two bonsai trees, one for myself and the other at another address to give as a gift. I just received my own bonsai and it looks fantastic! Highly recommended! Thanks guys! 👌

"Good fast delivery"

Good fast delivery, well packaged. It is important that the tree does not dry out during transport. This is super! A manual focused on the type of "bonsai" would have been nice.

"Top company with fantastic service"

Besides that the tree looks awfully good, the service is also fantastic. After the first package was lost in the mail, they immediately switched and provided a solution. 10/10!

The Story of Majime

“I was told to find the most beautiful tree ever on the top of Mount Cangyan, in northeastern China. The same person also told me that whoever reached the tree would have eternal happiness. I decided this would be the best of my finds and began the climb. Halfway through the climb, I realized that reaching the top would be difficult, and perhaps impossible with the current weather conditions. As I continued to climb and the weather got worse, I decided to take shelter from the rain. For a moment I thought about stopping and going back. But when I figured that this was the only chance I had and that I would reach my goal this way, I decided to keep going.” - The Bonsaïst: B2C1
